Why?

Most days, I am going to pick something/someone and list out “five good things” related to the topic of the day.  The topic may be random or have meaning.  Suggestions welcome!

1.) Most things have a few “pluses” either directly or indirectly.  I think it is important to focus on these, particularly when we can’t change the lousy bits.

2.) Writing these is a good exercise for myself, both in positive thinking and in creative thinking.

3.) Reading these is a good exercise for others, to impact the way they think about or perceive something.

4.) It’s a non-standard (for me) way to acknowledge awesome things and awesome people, one at a time – in five ways.

5.) It’s fun…for me!  (And that’s what’s important, right?)
